Virginia M. (Mayo) Neff

Neff, Virginia M., age 93 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Bethany Lutheran Village. She was born on May 17, 1925 in Hitchens, KY, the daughter of the late William & Mary (Daughtery) Mayo. Mrs. Neff was a retired employee of Inland with 35 years of service.

Preceded in death by her husband William P. Neff, her daughter Delores Jones, granddaughter Kippy Witt, 3 brothers Jay, Charles & Carlos Mayo, 2 sisters Loraine Waggoner & Clara Belle Mullins.

She is survived by her loving daughters Dianna DeLong and husband Daniel & Donna Kucharski, brother Bob Mayo (Mabel), sister Yvonne Ring, sister-in-law Janet Mayo, 6 grandchildren Daniel DeLong, Jr., Douglas DeLong (Rin), Kelly Collins (George), Kristian Jones, Crystal Eaton (Chuck), Chase Eaton, 12 great grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Tim Kufeldt officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Thursday at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
