Lakota Mercer Obituary

Lakota Belle Mercer, infant daughter of Harley Adkins and Joseph Mercer was born into the Arms of Jesus on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Kettering Medical Center.

Preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother’s Patricia Ward and Cathleen (Woodruff) Short, maternal great great grandma Edith Bunnell, paternal great grandparents Christal Melissa Kirk and Dave Franklin Mercer, Jr.

Lakota Belle is survived by her loving parents, maternal grandmother Tonya Ward, maternal grandparents John & Monica Adkins, maternal great grandparents Dennis & Marybeth Ward, maternal great grandmother Joanna Swartout, paternal grandparents Kimberly Sue Harness and husband Ret. Petty Officer First Class William McKinley Harness II, Joe B. Mercer and wife Sandra, paternal great grandparents Karen Sue & Michael Dennis Welsh, aunt Jasmine Adkins, 3 uncles Benjamin Mercer, Gage Emerson and Logan Emerson, as well as numerous other great aunts, uncles, and relatives.
