Houck, Kirby L., age 54 of Lewisburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Miami Valley Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on March 14, 1965 in Seoul, South Korea, the son of the late Freddie R. & Linda C. (Mathews) Houck.
Mr. Houck proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.; he was an employee of Masonite in Vandalia, and a member of the American Legion Post #165, Miamisburg.
He is survived by his loving wife Anne E. (McElwee) Houck, his son Tony Houck and wife Erin, 3 daughters Brittany Baker and husband Ben, Danielle Worsham, & daughter Shauna Ord and husband Sean, his sister Melanie Poland and husband Michael, his brother Grayson Houck, 8 grandchildren Charlie Houck, Lynlee Houck, Riley & Bentley Houck, Ellie & Ashlee Baker, Hailee Worsham and Deklan Ord, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relative and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Chaplain Bill Phipps officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Friday at the funeral home.
